The medical certificate for competitive sports activity is mandatory for all race distances.

FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

All participants (Indonesian and non-Indonesian) must provide a medical certificate in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

The medical certificate form can be downloaded from the button below and must be presented during race pack collection on October 3–4, 2025 or you can scan and upload in the button below.

The certificate must remain valid on October 5, 2025 (the dates of MesaStila100’s Race Day). 

Important Note: Only medical check-ups done within 7 days before the event (D-7) will be accepted. Any medical check-up done 8 days or more before the event (D-8 and earlier) will not be considered valid.

Failure to present a valid medical certificate during race pack collection will result in the cancellation of your registration without refund.
